Doc Stanton was fabulous. But Here, Office management takes priority over patient care. The supporting billing/office management staff are not good. They are not friendly, not helpful, nor empathetic. We had a procedure that needed a corrected code. I spent 2 hours on phone with insurance company collectively calling the doc office and a 3rd party approval company in an effort to get the procedure approved and expedite eliminating severe abdominal pain. So I had just got out of the hospital from getting kidney stone surgery and they recommended me to see a Gastro doctor just came out of the urology in room 202. I don’t have insurance but waiting for the financial program through AdventHealth and the urology did not charge me the almost $200 to see the doctor but when I go and try and make an appointment for the Gastro doctor room 300 the older lady in the front cannot do the same that urology did and charge the financial assistance So they turned me down to see a Gastro aft... read more

Had colonoscopy/endoscopy procedures done recently by Dr. Lopez Morra. I was very comfortable with him and felt I was in good hands. All went quick and well. Dr. Morra is very thorough, warm and caring. My gratitude too to Stephanie who took care of all the initial procedure, my nurse Kim, Joe who prepared me for my anesthesia, and Claudia who made sure everything was good and ready for me to go. All very warm and caring staff who made me very comfortable before and after my procedures. Thank you all! Susan A Batacan

I had a colonoscopy done today and the nurses as well as dr. Lopez ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. The procedure was quick and I didn’t feel a thing. Thank you to all the nurses involved and dr. Lopez

Como siempre el Dr. López-Morra y su equipo completo junto con el área de cirugías y procedimientos me dieron una atención amable y humana. Para mí AdventHealth en general es una clínica q su calificación debería ser superior a 5 estrellas. A todo el personal de todos los hospitales, Urgent Care, ER, etc les daria sin pensarlo un 10+. Grs siempre!
