When I was inpatient at AdventHealth Apopka, Dr. Vanar was the gastroenterology consultant. When I went downstairs for my endoscopy, his demeanor was one that was reassuring, reflecting professionalism, while maintaining a personal connection with me. I decided, after that inpatient stay, that I wanted him and his team to help me with my chronic GI condition. Dr. Hurairah provided me with life-saving gastroenterology health care for 6 years! I appreciate his bed-side manners, his heart-felt care, and his expertise in treating Crohn’s Disease! I feel grateful beyond my wildest imagination that I a second chance in life because of Dr. Hurairah and AdventHealth.
One of the schedulers have the wrong attitude when dealing with a patient. She needs to learn to be empathetic.
