I don't know but everybody was good to me
After driving 45 mins. from my home to attend an initial consultation in Deland, I was told they could not schedule my procedure until November. Given it was a routine procedure, I reluctantly accepted the November appointment. I subsequently received a call 2 weeks later saying they had to cancel the November procedure due to several physicians leaving the practice and they could not provide a timeline on when they would be able to reschedule it. Thought I'd follow up on the response from the owner. I did respond to their request -- it went no where. So if reading don't think it was an outreach aimed at addressing issues. I guess it is more about PR to offset negative criticisms than about resolving issues. ----- Disappointed with the professionalism of the group and support staff.
