Front desk people weren’t the nicest people I ever met.
I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Chrystal. Despite arriving early with paperwork completed, I waited 45 minutes past my 8 AM appointment. When seen, the interaction felt rushed and condescending, with poor communication and little bedside manner. As a Veteran, I expected more professionalism and respect. I would recommend seeking GI care at another location.
Always very helpful and caring; docs and staff, every time I've been here (new patient). I'm grateful for that.
