I called 3 times for my daughter's appointment. The answering service asked to hold for the next representative. Five minutes passed, no one answered. Called again to speak with the staff. Kept me on hold for over ten minutes and again no one answered.

Hello, I was very impressed with the doctor's efforts with my dad to make sure he is taken care of. He was very thorough, we came last minute before travels and he made sure we could come back for a procedure before we leave. He went above and beyond and was very kind and knowledgeable.
