I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent appointment with Dr. Campbell. I had an urgent appointment scheduled for February 26th related to ongoing stomach issues. This appointment was canceled by the office due to a meeting, and I was then offered March 9th as the next available date. A two-week delay for a gastrointestinal concern is not reasonable, especially when the original appointment was already deemed urgent. I called 3 times for my daughter's appointment. The answering service asked to hold for the next representative. Five minutes passed, no one answered. Called again to speak with the staff. Kept me on hold for over ten minutes and again no one answered.
Dr. Campbell is a professional and caring physician. Staff Adrianna M. , Angelia S., Noelia S., Brittany C., are a super team and caring. You need a Gastroenterology, see this office. Dr. Rahman is a great professional doctor.
