The Doctor is amazing, come all the way from Daytona to see him. Takes his time to listen, discuss options and his opinion on what the plan should be but still be open to input. Very competent and knowledgeable. Usually don't wait too long but sometimes things happen but worth the wait for who you see. Only thing I would fix is I wish he was closer to Daytona Beach. Thank you Dr. Cavins for caring about what you do.
Let me be clear: The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is because the doctor himself is a competent physician. Unfortunately, he's let down by what appears to be staff that is either dangerously incompetent or actively forging patient data. During a recent visit, I discovered that my chart had been altered, with medical information incorrectly documented without my permission or without confirming what the correct information was.
