Yes the wait times are very long, but only because Dr. Kay is a popular doctor and his proximity to the hospital means a lot of walk-ins. The staff is friendly and helpful, if overworked, and the doctor's face time is extraordinarily lengthy. And his English is excellent. Probably the best Primary Care Physician around.
*** VERY BAD SERVICE *** I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I had a 3:30 appointment on 11/01. I arrived @ 2:45 to fill out the new patient paperwork. They took me in a waiting room around 3:15 and told me that the Dr. would be right in. The Dr. Did not come until 5:02 and apparently did not know how to use the laptop computer and had trouble with it. I did not get out until 5:30. The Dr. wanted me to get bloodwork done but since it was after working hours (5:00), I told the lady at the front desk that I would co... read more
