I am writing to express my frustration with the level of service I have received from AdventHealth, specifically at the Victoria Park office. This afternoon, I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on and off hold for approximately 20 minutes, which is already concerning. Unfortunately, the situation became even more frustrating when I requested to see a different doctor within the same office. Always kind and helpful staff!
The young blonde girl at the front desk needs to go. She's the reason I'm switching doctors, extremely unsympathetic, not helpful, and acted as if it was a burden to have a patient come in. I had an appointment to have stitches removed for the next week and came on the wrong Friday by mistake. While there anyways, I asked if there was any availability for a sooner appointment.
