I started seeing one of the FNPs at this practice early in 2024, and she was nice enough, but the care provided is not what I expect. The reason I went in was never addressed. I was told during that appointment that she would setup a scan to be done with their partners, but it was never set up. I called back about 2 weeks later to ask because I hadn't heard anything, and the assistant said she would check, but again, I never heard anything. The best doctors, nurses, and staff around. I highly recommend them. They listen and get down to the cause of your issue. They don’t just mask the issue with medication and I love that about them.
Back in August, my daughter had broken her arm. Brought her to Advent for an X-ray and was told she just sprained it that she was okay. The next day, they called me back saying the X-ray tech looked over her scans and it actually was broken that I could bring her back in a week. 🙄 I took her to TC Thompson that day and they confirmed it was broken then and there and splinter her arm.
