Wonderful phlebotomist at this location. I use virtual care appointments for my PCP since it’s the only way I’ve found someone who will work with me on figuring out my odd medical issues and is in network, but this led to difficulties when I needed blood testing. Until I realized Advent Health has a Quest Kiosk! I started seeing one of the FNPs at this practice early in 2024, and she was nice enough, but the care provided is not what I expect. The reason I went in was never addressed. I was told during that appointment that she would setup a scan to be done with their partners, but it was never set up. I called back about 2 weeks later to ask because I hadn't heard anything, and the assistant said she would check, but again, I never heard anything. The best doctors, nurses, and staff around. I highly recommend them. They listen and get down to the cause of your issue. They don’t just mask the issue with medication and I love that about them.
