I had an amazing experience here! From the receptionist to my physician I was so impressed. I was treated with 5 star customer service at the front and felt so welcome. Dr. Camperlengo was so warm, attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her approach and I will definitely be coming back. This place is a gem and I’m so excited I established care at this location.
This morning I had no idea about Florida healthcare as I’m not from the state, I arrived at my appointment and had a number of questions and concerns. Nancy and Gabriella were truly informational and helpful for my concerns and situation. They made the appropriate accommodations for my appointment to make things smoother for my visit. The office staff here are so kind, friendly, and helpful. I have left most of the doctors that I have loved in the past because their office staff gives me attitude even when they drop the ball, delaying my care, and they couldn't possibly care less. First visit the other day was great very professional staff and fast,less than 10 min wait in lobby less than 5 mins to see Kirsten Dunning, APRN,she takes time to listen to your issues and dosen't rush you out the door or make you wait hrs in the exam room like some drs offices I've been to and referrals are ready as soon as you check out,awesome place and staff....Anthony🙂
RN Nicole is a treasure and she is someone who is thorough and you can trust. I met my new doctor today she is personable and caring she makes me want to be better. This is a great place to go for your health. I highly recommend Florida avenue Advent health medical group. The receptionists are great too.
