We have always been impressed by everyone at this office. Dr. Valley is our daughter's pediatrician and she has always been very caring and professional - always very thorough with her interview and examination. Our daughter loves her! Nurse Jersey has always been amazing too!! Glad to have a great team so close to home.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unable to assist member with necessities including any document when the patient is part of the clinic. Patients need to complete communications including fax or copy when office has personal and equipment for that. No call back with more than 4 voice mails.
Not to minimize the magnitude of genuine Goodness here... There aren't enough words to say what a magnificent, gracious hospital this is. (The people that work here combine to make the most outstanding mosaic of sheer talent, compassion and excellence that I have ever seen in a workplace). BUT... there is a beautiful Vegetarian Menu with a delectable selection available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner of EVERY day of the week that is also pretty dang AMAZING. If I could give zero stars I would, I will never deal with advent health ever again. Horrible customer service, no one does what they say they will do for you. Patient care is out the window, it’s all about paperwork. Do yourself a favor and go to a different clinic.
