I do not understand why anyone would complain about Advent Health Family Care at Sebring Florida, the practice is open 7 days a week, takes care of most issues, has 2 top APRN'S Zechariah Dominguez and Alida Gonzalez, I have been a patient as is my Husband for over 2 1/2 years and have always had great care at Advent Health Family practice, the billing was an issue prior, however it appears to be better now that the system changed and every person that works the front desk is cordial and pleasant. They do not follow through on prescriptions. Then when you call in to ask that they complete the care that you already paid for they claim you have not been seen "in awhile", whatever that means and want you to pay them again for the work they did not complete. It seems like fraud to me. They often screw up completing the care that you came in for. A total disaster. I'll be driving to the coast in the future to get care from providers who are professionals.
