Got a confirmation text from them for my appointment, called to ask a question about the appointment and the receptionist goes “Actually, you received a reschedule text, not a confirmation text”. Um…. no I did not? And then despite already waiting a month for this appointment she tells me I’ll have to wait at LEAST another month, if not longer, to see someone. What if I had just sent a text back to confirm my appointment instead of calling? Doesn’t seem very organized.

Arrived at 10:45am for a 11:30am appt… left at 1pm and had not been seen. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Now I have to take off work again for this. Absolutely not returning to this location 👎

Have been cancelled twice, taking months for appt, cant get mammo because I don't have new assigned dr at Advent so aradiology won't see me. 2 female Dr's left Advent , female PA moved to other office (although she was not up to par for me). Schedulers are rude. Sitting in open hallways on benches also feels like chop shop, not professional at all.

Saw a primary care doctor here twice, she went on leave and I was in the middle of tests to try and figure out a concern. No one else would go over results with me and I was told to wait until she returned. Received a letter a few months later stating she had left the practice.
