I came to Palm Springs Family Care about 8 years ago when I relocated to Orlando from the VI. I was introduced to this practice and Alicia Wolff by my brother who has been a patient here for many, many years and I have truly been satisfied with the level of service and attention I get all around. Dr. Wolff is one of a kind. She take time to hear my complaint and then in return give of her service. I feel blessed! I HAVE BEEN INTRODUCING HER TO MY DAUGHTERS AND TO OTHERS.

I have seen Dr. Badman and P.A. Wolff for over 10 years now. Even when I moved from the area I kept them as my primary doctors as they know my medical history and are personable and friendly. To be honest I was shocked at some of the reviews I have seen. Both Dr. Badman and Alicia are great, friendly, and take the time to listen to me. I do not feel rushed in the office even though I know, nationally, doctors only have maybe 15 minutes with their patients. Meticulous Service – I read some of these reviews and became compelled to sign up for city search and provide my 2 sense. First of all, I sell medical devices internationally and domestically. I see all types of care providers. Moreover I come from a family of physicians and pharmacists. I have been with Badman for almost 8 years. I will never go anywhere else! – Dr. Madhany and Alicia Wolff are the best doctors around. I would not go anywhere else. I see Dr. Badman in emergencies when the other two are not available. He isn't very personable or friendly, he's more of a get-you-out in a hurry kind of doctor. However I never want to leave this practice mostly because of how wonderful Alicia Wolff is. She will bend over backwards for you. I would be VERY upset if I could no longer come here!

Terrible Office Staff – If you call 5 minutes to 12:00, you'll hear a recording saying they're closed from 12:00 to 1:00, then after 5 minutes the operator answering service will answer, don't try calling near lunch or closing time, period. Very frustrating for working parents. The nurse practitioner was very thorough when i took my children there, but seems to believe in alternative medicine more that getting straight to the root of a problem and fixing it.

Good Care! – Yes! Dr. Mac was the best and he sold his practice to Florida Hospital and Dr. Badman. Dr. Badman and Alicia Wolff are fine compassionate care givers. Wolff was so concerned about my wife's condition recently she gave my wife her cell phone number so my wife had a direct link to ask questions and let her know she was progressing. Yes, medicine has changed with the health care system we have, but these are fine people who do care. I moved to the area 8 years ago and they have given me and my family excellent care... read more

Need a Doctor? Go elsewhere – Here is a doctor that has no bedside manner, does not care about patients and will perscribe anything. Be very careful read up on any medication he puts you on or you will learn the hard way like I did. I had been with the office for over 10 years, before Dr Mac sold the practice, my mistake was not looking for another doctor right then. There are good caring doctors out there - Dr Badman is not one of them.
