The front desk lacks empathy professionalism sympathy and does not follow the standards of advent health. She withholds important documentation from the provider, she loses misplaces and is extremely disorganized in several instances caused me to have discussions with my leadership due to long delays of obtaining the documentation completed in a timely manner . On top of what i mentioned above the front desk she is also combative and rude which i have tolerated for over a year and now i have decided i will not be intimidated... read more
Horrible customer service. They cancel my appointment 3 times because situation not related with me, after they cancel my appointment they rescheduled 3 month later. Today After I did my check In and everything just find out the cancel my appointment again and not be able to re schedule after March another 3 month later. Is going to be a year that I’m being trying to get Dra. George to see. Some explain to me how some one heal is not important.
