Went to the new Advent Health urgent care, and they got me right in quickly. The staff were all friendly and thorough, and took care of me quickly.
Read the other reviews don't just take my word for it and STAY AWAY from this place. I have had 5 PCP's in 3.8 years. Not my choice Advent Health can't hold on to their help. I had a 25 lb unintentional weight loss in the past 9 months. Long history of issues. My fourth PCP and my newest fifth PCP did absolutely nothing. I had to demand a referral to GI. Kelly Ann Ferreira was my first assigned PCP and sadly she left (she was great). Since then, I am up to my FOURTH primary in less than 3 years. I need better consistency in care especially given my age 55) and progressive/developing health concerns. I'm to the age where things start popping up and I feel very alone in terms of having a doctor that really knows me. I pray this facility gets some doctors and PAs that stay for the long haul.
I had to give this place a 1 star just to make this review, but if I could make it a zero I would! STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE, obviously everyone wants a great doctor that actually has bedside manners & cares about there patients right? STAY AWAY!!! I switched PCPs earlier this year due to an insurance change and needing a doctor closer to home. Dr. Maya LaPrade is an amazing physician, but unfortunately, the office staff—and especially the office manager—have made receiving even basic care an absolute nightmare.
