Kelly Ann Ferreira was my first assigned PCP and sadly she left (she was great). Since then, I am up to my FOURTH primary in less than 3 years. I need better consistency in care especially given my age 55) and progressive/developing health concerns. I'm to the age where things start popping up and I feel very alone in terms of having a doctor that really knows me. I pray this facility gets some doctors and PAs that stay for the long haul.

I had to give this place a 1 star just to make this review, but if I could make it a zero I would! STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE, obviously everyone wants a great doctor that actually has bedside manners & cares about there patients right? STAY AWAY!!! I switched PCPs earlier this year due to an insurance change and needing a doctor closer to home. Dr. Maya LaPrade is an amazing physician, but unfortunately, the office staff—and especially the office manager—have made receiving even basic care an absolute nightmare. I strongly recommend people STAY AWAY from this office. Since my very first visit, I’ve had to call multiple times a week for several weeks just to have prescriptions corrected. I have some health issues and I have been very highly hesitant to find a doctor as I didn't want to choose just any doctor, so I researched throughly to find a great doctor that has amazing bedside manners, that's understanding of my situation and health needs and that's going to be respectful to me as I am to them. I had an acute visit scheduled today at 11:45 for what I believed was a sinus infection. I was taken into the exam room in a timely fashion and the triage nurse took my vitals. I then sat and waited for over an hour for the APN. I did advise the front desk twice that I was waiting and wanted to know if they forgot about me. They assured me she would be in to see me next and that she is in the room next to me.
