I am submitting this complaint regarding the treatment I received from the office staff for Dr. Cassie Falcon, specifically the nurse and office manager. My experience was deeply upsetting and left me feeling dismissed, dehumanized, and emotionally distressed at a time when I was seeking medical care. From the beginning of the appointment, the nurse repeatedly rushed me and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. Khajaei Did nothing to help. Gave me some medication a toddler would use and steered away from the problem. Typical lake county wanna be doctors.
Horrible appointment system. I was late 5 mins and I am Waiting in the lobby for more than 3 hours. No reminder or notifications about being late 5 mins that it will lead to horrible long waiting period. Awful Service
I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, patient, and truly professional. The environment feels calm and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Crystal, my nurse practitioner, is absolutely amazing.
