Terrible assistance from the front desk on Friday August 15. I arrived 1:05pm my appointment was at 1pm. I never received no voicemail or call from no one stating I had to be there 15 min prior. Been waiting for months to get my check up and all I was told is they can’t take me today and next available appointment is until January. What kind of training do this people get? This is unbelievable and ridiculous

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my meds sent to the correct place or have had them ready when they said they would be the first time ever. Constantly wrong and having to be called back whenever they are ready to talk to me to mess up my order again. Literally had never been right the first time.

Just be aware - I waited months for an appointment with a mid level. I saw the provider for the typical 20 minutes and they billed my insurance for $500. She ordered two labs that I requested and I had already found my own referral for a specialist. Glanced over labs I already had drawn and had no real advice about them. So I’m not sure why they think that’s worth $500 (I’m not questioning her competency just the price). The billing department is completely unreliable—disorganized, incapable of keeping records straight, and unable to even prove payments were made. We had to send our own documents just to correct their mistakes. On top of that, double billing has been an ongoing issue, which is not only unethical but a serious violation that should be investigated. Absolutely unacceptable. If they can’t handle something as basic as billing, how can anyone trust them with their healthcare?
