I established as a new patient this year after hearing great things about Jaime Roy. Great first appointment, nice office, on time, friendly staff. Scheduled routine labs for what’s covered under our insurance for a yearly physical. Until I received my bill. Provider billed $1,888 for ONLY LABWORK (not even the office visit) what my previous PCP billed $104 for. Unreal. Contacted practice 6 weeks ago for new patient appointment with Jamie Roy PA who I had seen at a different practice. I faxed my medication list the same day as requested and was told I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. *Called 1-2 weeks later and my medication list was never sent to be reviewed. Staff could not tell me when I would get a call back. *Waited another week or so and sent an email to the practice and an email to the general Advent Health email. Advent health forge mountain has a new PA ! Jaime Roy she is absolutely brilliant , a great listener , and fearless. Advent knocked it out of the park with this one . I found the nursing staff super friendly and professional as well as the office staff. My honest and highest recommendation for medical care .
