Extremely disappointing experience due to poor communication and billing practices. Prior to my visit, I clearly documented that I was scheduling an annual wellness visit with bloodwork and verified insurance coverage. Had I been told an annual could not be performed at a first visit, I would have canceled the appointment. After the visit, I was billed for care that did not match the reason for my appointment. Awesome people when you get seen. Sometimes wait almost hour after appointments to see dr. No time schedule, 10 am appointment lucky seen by 1030. Booked an appointment in person with kareem at front desk yesterday. Called today and they have no appointment on file, no availability till September 7th. Seems like a miscommunication and app error, it was taken care of within 24 hours. Things happen, they fixed issue and hopefully things get better. Thank you for prompt assistance!!
