They totally mislead me on my requested treatment as I asked before switching doctors. They refered me out instead to a doctor that is not taking new appointments and another online doctor that had 1.5 stars out of thousands, then went crazy with bookings for me coming in for appointments. Definitely not recommended
I've been waiting months to get an MRI scheduled for a previous shoulder injury. I've been dealing with this injury for almost 2 years. I've previous had a MRI show a slight ligament tear and bursitis. Insurance keeps denying coverage for a new MRI. A month ago I asked if my doctor can do a peer review with the insurance company to see it we can get this resolved but I was told "that's not how it works" by the receptionist and that the only way to get this approved is to first schedule an X-Ray and then the insurance will ap... read more

Said they did not take my insurance I called another advent health doctor in orange city they take my insurance also I had surgery through advent health in Orlando and they took my insurance also
