I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. I originally scheduled my appointment in April for August, but was contacted in August to reschedule for October 14th. I never received any reminder calls, texts, or emails. While I remembered the date, I couldn’t recall the exact time. One of the most horrible and unprofessional offices I’ve ever dealt with. I haven’t gotten a chance to see the doctor yet and the experience is already terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The scheduler Racquelle was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She cancelled my appointment without my consent, came up with 5 different excuses as to why she canceled it, and was completely dismissive to my frustration. I am very disappointed in this office. I was referred to a doctor by my sister and scheduled my appointment online for Friday November 29 @ 7:30am. The appointment was confirmed by the office via phone call on Wednesday. I arrive to my appointment 20 minutes early, as instructed, just to find the front door locked. I called the office numerous times along with the off site phone number posted on the door.
