I am very disappointed in this office. I was referred to a doctor by my sister and scheduled my appointment online for Friday November 29 @ 7:30am. The appointment was confirmed by the office via phone call on Wednesday. I arrive to my appointment 20 minutes early, as instructed, just to find the front door locked. I called the office numerous times along with the off site phone number posted on the door. Something has truly changed with this office. When I was dealing with depression, my therapist and office worked together. I thought. But almost 8 weeks later I got an appointment for medication. Now, I am not allowed to get two of my blood pressure medications until I have an appointment which is six weeks out. Ok with CAD AND 7 STENTS this should be interesting. The staff there was so welcoming. They greeted me when I entered the office and it was a quick and easy check in, excellent front desk. The medical assistant was so friendly and kind and the provider was excellent. Definitely found my new primary care office.
Had a great experience at this location and everyone went above and beyond here. Definitely going to be my new doctors office.
