This review is for the office of Dr. Damalos, Palm Harbor. I needed my 6 month prolio shot as I got the first one in Pennsylvania. I got the runaround for about a month and was referred to Holly in the business office for insurance purposes. I left 3 messages NONE were returned by Holly. I was finally told by a staff member to get the shot elsewhere. I finally did get the shot elsewhere, 7 weeks overdue.
