First time patient and they forgot I was in the waiting room for an hour
I just tried to call and make an appointment. The woman that finally answered asked me multiple questions including asking me for my social security number. WHY ? I told her I needed to make an appointment for a sinus infection and she said what are your symptoms ? I told her I was at work and we work in a very very busy atmosphere and asked may I please just make an appointment and I can explain my symptoms when I get there.
