The receptionist could not have been more rude and unprofessional if she tried. She was short on the phone, sarcastic and had no concept of hospitality. This receptionist should not have the privilege of holding a job, her skill set would be best suited not working with the public as she is blatantly hostile and unpleasant toward patients.
