Dr Christopher Boyd is a great doctor who certainly cares about his patients and is very thorough. He listens and pays attention and responds to the symptoms with empathy and care! I highly recommend this doctor and his support staff!
I went for a 15 minute appointment where I only talked to the doctor and received no care. I received a bill for $300+ because they charged me for an hour and forty-five minute appointment. I spent months trying to resolve the issue with their billing department where they assured me I wouldn't be sent to collections. They eventually told me that the bill was that price for "medical necessity" and sent me to collections.
Second appointment today and will not be coming back. The first one he was rough and I felt like he didn’t really listen to me. I was at a follow up this second time and I told him to be careful just like the first time and I don’t know what he is digging for while looking in your ears im not sure if he’s trying to look at my brain or what but now I have left and I’m scared he may have hurt my ear drum with how far he was sticking the tool they use to look at your ear because now I have more pain and ringing.
Tanya, the receptionist, was so helpful getting my son seen quickly. Dr. Boyd was thorough, personable and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Talmage, Melissa, and Emily are such wonderful people. They were extremely nice and showed they cared.
