Not the Best experience. Surprised considering it’s advent health. The front desk clerk . No greeting , no eye contact , no good morning , looking at her screen at all times. We arrived 2 minutes late. Fortunately after I pleaded for consideration that we had traveled 1 hour , she did acomódate an Appointment. Some empáthy , A Good morning and a smile goes a long way. Not Advent Health standards. At all.
Highly recommend Elizabeth Drake, APRN. I’ve seen many endocrinologists in different practices, including this one, but have found Drake to be the most caring, most willing to listen, and also to be someone that takes time to figure out the issues you are going through and not just dismiss them.
She is amazing, I’m blessed to have her as my doctor. She listens and understands me. I can tell her how I truly feel about my care. I absolutely love her.
Updated 04/25/2025 Finally got ahold of a customer service representative and was advised on how to access my lab order online and print it myself. Changing my rating to reflect this. My care provider is excellent however the administration end is a nightmare. They never answer the phone and the patient portal online is useless and impossible to navigate.
