Updated 04/25/2025 Finally got ahold of a customer service representative and was advised on how to access my lab order online and print it myself. Changing my rating to reflect this. My care provider is excellent however the administration end is a nightmare. They never answer the phone and the patient portal online is useless and impossible to navigate. Wow I’ve never been more insulted in my life than I have here. I typically love AdventHealth care professionals. Keyword professionals!!!!! However, I am a first time patient at this location the ARPN Hope Drake Told me exactly what the process would be if my insurance denied something said she would appeal it. She even put it in the notes which I have actual proof of that and have screenshot of that. I'm an existing patient of Erin Blackburn, MSN, but she recently left the practice. I seen another doctor several months ago until Erin Blackburn's replacement started, and I wasn't very impressed. I finally got to see Erin's replacement today, Elizabeth Hope Drake, APRN. She is absolutely wonderful! Her bedside manner is impeccable, easy to talk too and I felt listened too. I hope she doesn't leave, it's hard to find someone in this field that actually seems to care.
