Be very careful with this office and this doctor. As you can see from other reviews, there is a consistent pattern of canceled appointments, poor scheduling, and lack of follow-through. Appointments are frequently canceled and then poorly rescheduled. Prescriptions are not sent to the pharmacy on time, and required documents are left unsigned when they need to be completed. This office is so efficient! I never am stuck waiting in the lobby for very long and Dr Sista is always very patient, kind, and attentive. I actually look forward to my appointments here because it is so smooth.

I’ve been trying to get medicine since March or earlier. Had an appointment in May and received lab orders. I finished labs in June. I now have to wait for months to be seen? I have the same diagnosis I had since 2016 and may have new issues to address. They have no appts until December. I’m not well. This is very disappointing. I’ll have to go outside of AH to find a provider that can help. How is this whole person care?

I have been begging for help for years, no, decades! I searched for a good endocrinologist and found Dr. Rodriguez – Perez. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a Doctor who listens, who expresses empathy and concern and wants to do everything they can to help you. We're talking extensive blood tests, ultrasounds testing for everything that my symptoms fall under to find why my health is so horrible. Her staff are above and beyond; their professionalism, their empathy, their attention to detail, their follow up are a... read more
