Excellent First Visit — I Felt Heard I had my first appointment with Jamie Williams, APRN, at AdventHealth Medical Group Diabetes and Endocrinology, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. I have Graves’ disease and Thyroid Eye Disease, so finding an endocrinology provider who will actually listen, ask detailed questions, and look at the whole picture is very important to me. This Dr. Office is a miserable experience. Complete lack of care or concern. No sense of urgency and the nurse practitioner is incredibly rude. She hadn't even reviewed test results or biopsy results. After explaining that the large nodule i have is causing me breathing issues and difficulties swallowing. She proceeds to tell me that "it happens" and we will get more blood work later. No concern. No empathy. This is the worst place to go of you have any Endocrine concerns. And avoid the Nurse Practitioner Jamie at all cost!
