The person answering the phone is very rude and curt. She seemed bothered that anyone would call there looking to have a procedure covered by insurance. I sent in all the forms they asked and they never got back to me. I followed up and still no response. Would not recommend.
I have ppo insurance and don’t need a referral to see a specialist. Clinic is in network and refused to schedule my wife an appointment without a referral. “Sorry the dr is picky” is absolutely ridiculous.
Dr Lopez and Kimone are amazing. They have both changed our lives forever and we will be eternally thankful. The staff are always very responsive and understanding, also.
I’m so glad I found Dr. Lopes! He is the kindest doctor I have ever met. My daughter received treatment and care from the best team imaginable. I highly recommend AdventHealth and Dr. Lopes. Dr. Kimone is also a special person. Without her, I would be lost. Thank you Tajh for your smile at the front desk, you're a special girl!!
My 6 month has a cyst by his eye that we were told would need to be surgically removed. We made an appointment with Dr. Lopez. He went over everything went us, looked at and felt the cyst and agreed that it would need to be surgically removed, but that he wanted to have an ultrasound done first. So we did. After we got the ultrasound done, we heard absolutely NOTHING from the office. I called several times and got the run around - 'someone will call you back' 'oh it takes 3-5 business days for them to call you back' etc etc.... read more
