If I could assign a “Zero” I would have. Dr. Nguyen - Dr. Wolfe, and Dr Allawe, you ALL AND YOUR ENTIRE OFFICE ARE FIRED! You TORTURED me on May 12, 2025 and then FALSIFIED your medical notes to cover up what you did to me! And NO ONE - I repeat - NO ONE HAS EVER EVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND FOLLOWUP WITH ME TO SEE HOW I AM DOING! If you value your life or just your QUALITY of life - DO NOT TRUST THIS MEDICAL OFFICE OR ADVENT HEALTH TAMPA!
