The staff are super nice but did not appreciate the doctor constantly reminding me I'm severely obese and recommending I go on ozempic.
Very pleased to report our experience at Dr. Arcenas today. 9-13-2024 we was received politely by nurse Calieste M. And she was very polite and caring our total visit with her . Special care was given to offer a snack and a bottle of water was much appreciated. Thank you Calieste .
I'd give zero stars if I could. They are more concerned with profits than their patients. It has been almost a year since my first appointment (7-24-23) and I still don't have any answers. I waited 3 months for a stress test and they were unable to complete the test. So then they wanted to make me drive over 2 hours to their facility in Kissimmee for a CT angiogram. Saw Dr. Tavi one time, he wanted Stress Tests done. Now he has moved to Wauchula.. 4 months have gone by, not a word from anyone about the results of my stress tests.. I was sent an email with the results, but heck I don't know I what most of it means.. I prefer not to go back there again. If I have no other choice, I will see a different Dr. I didn't care for Dr. Tavi anyway....when I first went there, I needed refills of my Eliquis and another beta blocker... called 2 times, never got them.. so I called my PCP, and had the... read more
