Dr Patel’s lack of care and common human decency towards me was deplorable… in my opinion. I will not return to her.
Overall disappointed in this office at the Chickasaw location because 1) the parking is horrible, why overload your facilities with appointments if there are no places for people to park? 2) I had an appointment scheduled and had a referral sent to my email , I called this office where my appointment was scheduled a day early and told them I had a referral and asked if they could use my referral for the test needed and I was given several answers that didn’t make sense one being that the doctor had to see me for a regular ap... read more
I am writing this review not because my appointment was mistakenly canceled, but to express my deep concern about the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of a staff member named Debbie.(FRONT DESK) I arrived at the clinic around 9:30 a.m. for a scheduled stress test. I was informed that my appointment had been canceled.
