I didn’t get the name of the lady that answered my call, but I called this morning at 9:38 am Friday, October 20th and the most kindest and sweetest worker picked up. She went above and beyond to help me, added me to the waiting list and was very helpful and supportive. Wish I got her name so I could leave a thanks of appreciation for the time she spent helping me with getting an appointment in sooner.
