Had a surgery with Dr. Holloway for a pilondal cyst. He was able to see and operate on me sooner than any other surgeon I called. Knew exactly what I needed and knew what he was doing. Performed my surgery with 0 issues during and after. Is a super nice guy and his staff is wonderful too. Hopefully I will never need a surgery again, but if I do I will be coming back to him.
Arrived a full 30 minutes before our appointment. Checked in. Sat and waited an hour. Watched every single other person in the waiting room being called back. Asked when we would be seen as my husband was feeling poorly. They had forgotten us with 4 people sitting at the desks in front of us, flirting with customers, laughing, cutting up like they had nothing better to do. After asking, we were told they had called our house to see why we were so late getting there. We had been in the waiting room the entire time. No apology... read more
