I went in the air with uncontrollable itching in a great big round rash on my ankle. Doctor stood there crossed his arms and said it’s probably brown recluse. Spider bite. I asked what can I do for it and basically nothing I was itching and had already taken Benadryl. Absolutely terrible. Told ER doc primary reason for visit was having two potentially life threatening events of what I believe was reactive hypoglycemia (late dumping syndrome) with blood sugars of approx. 40 (1st event as i have amnesia) and 50 (2nd event as i have limited memory but was confused, felt intoxicated in a bad way and collapsed) and undetectable heart rate for about an hour each time (per Oura ring). I had helpful, eager nurses who did their best to help me with problems related to my hospitalization.
Love this place they understand me and my issues and tend to me best they can with my PTSD issues too I also received a note from their young lady who did my CT scan and I felt blessed thanks to all at Prairie Star (advent health)
