The minute I walk in I was taking care of 😊 Staff were the best ! Even the Security Guy was right behind me when I was leaving .
I was told that I could call the Lake Nona facility to speak with the doctor and receive help for any questions that I may have. However, I called this facility on 10-11-2024 at 10:18 am and spoke with the charge nurse Jeff, he was very rude, and did not answer any of my questions with a helpful answer. I explained that I am new in the area and he showed no care to help me get information about nearby hospitals and ER facilities.
