I have never had any problems with the lab. Great team great work and caring
Very impressed and satisfied with getting my labs drawn here, I showed up late at 4:20 10 mins before closing and felt bad but Kenya was so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check in was quick and seamless, Kenya was personable and drew my labs efficiently, I was in and out in 7 minutes. She did a great job, the hospital itself is really nice and the labs are right at the front of the main entrance.
We didn't have to wait very long to have blood drawn. The personnel were friendly and accommodating. I did have a problem logging into the system - there was a mix-up with my name. Other than that, we did not experience any problems.
Horrible service. The registration is a complete disaster they didn't registered my son; and we wait 2 hours to registered. Then they registered me instead of my son. Then have my son fasting and mad... because he was hungry and these lady's were so incompetent. Shame shame and so much shame of this place. Worse of the worse.
