It's very convenient to go to Advent but the lab has failed two times to send my labs to the doctor that requested the labs. I've had to call each time. However, I have called for the second set of labs and even then they didn't send. Have to call again tomorrow.
My husband, elderly mother and I use this lab all the time and we have always been treated in a very professional and efficient manner. Staff is always friendly, including the security guard, and the facilities are always clean.
I've never been helped so quickly at any other lab. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean.
