La sra Edely creo q era ese su nombre tuvo una empatía increíble con mi hijo que era su primera vez que le hacíamos una hematologías, creo q fue un ángel que Dios le colocó a mi hijo. Ojalá ese sea su nombre y ella pueda leer lo agradecida que estoy con su hermoso trato.

All the staff are professional and very nice . except the young lady on the reception she is so rude and always has an altitude. I noticed that all my last three visits to this lab. Im really disappointed about this behavior with the patients

Edely leaves patients charts open EVERY time I visit this establishment. I hate seeing the names of patients on the computer when I enter the exam room that were called in the waiting room. Moreover, Edely turns her back to talk to staff multiple times while a needle is in my arm! My arm is still bruised a week later because she went through the vein and came out the other side. She needs to STOP letting the tourniquet off before all of the vials are full. She says the blood stops flowing all of a sudden when the tourniquet ... read more

No acknowledgement by staff at all. Only one person in the lobby waiting and still wasn't called when I left 25 minutes after my appointment time. Building is old and dirty. Did not trust that the offices would be sanitary.
