I came to get some bloodwork done, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Trich Lowe is an amazing tech! She was quick and made the process painless !!
The staff is VERY RUDE. They said "it's common sense you wouldn't come to this lab" for lab work when my pcp said I can go to any lab. This is unacceptable behavior from a health care worker and needs to be addressed. Everyone be aware of rude staff.
