Después de 3 horas esperando para la atencion por un problema de apéndice me dice la señorita de recepción que el hospital esta muy lleno que si quiere valla a otro hospital porque aun no me pueden atender aun sin hacerme exámenes ni nada. Me parece muy poco ético ya que juegan con la salud de las personas poniendo en riesgo la salud y la integridad, aquí prestan servicio de emergencia no venden comida donde la gente puede esperar
I had an extremely distressing and unsafe experience at this hospital on 12/9. I arrived at approximately 2:30 AM and stayed until 10:15 AM, and during that entire time I was not given a single medication not even the vitamin K I specifically requested, despite having a known vitamin K deficiency and actively coughing up blood. Nunca me he tomado el tiempo de dejar una reseña, pero el departamento de “Labor & delivery” hizo un excelente trabajo, las enfermeras son súper atentas y dispuestas, y el Dr Bigay-Rodriguez y Leatrice muy buenos puedes notar la experiencia y el amor que tienen por su trabajo, cada uno de ellos hizo que mi experiencia fuera muy bonita desde el embarazo hasta el día del parto 🫶🏼 gracias tienen un gran equipo de trabajo!
The doctors, nurses and staff treated me with the greatest care and actually listened to my fears and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I won't go to any other hospital now :)
