I brought a friend there who us 86 and needed assistance checking in at the lab. They have an automated system and my friend had difficulty with automation. The woman at the desk was NOT helpful, and actually kind of rude. It shouldn't be a burden to assist an elderly person.
The lab was quick & easy. I walked in, no appointment and was in & out in 15 min. Do not follow google directions to get there. It will take you to the ER entrance. Instead, enter through the main lobby entrance & go to the second floor.
Took 30 min. to get checked in. 1 hour 15 min total wait. Walk in on friday at 1:15p
Love this lab so much. I refuse to go anywhere else. Always very fast and such great care. Nash is my favorite person in whole world. So kind and absolutely professional.
