Visited this location for the first time on a Saturday morning for routine bloodwork, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the whole experience was. As soon as you walk in, you see a neat and clean reception area. I didn’t have an appointment, but the receptionist said they accept walk-ins and directed me to check in at the kiosk. I came in to get some lab work done and there were two ladies at the front desk. The one I interacted with was a lighter skinned 20-30 year old looking woman and she was fairly rude and unpleasant. After I checked in at the kiosk, she asked me what doctor am I seeing today and that question confused me because I’m getting lab work done I was there to see a phlebotomist not a doctor.
