Excellent experience. From the sign in process at the front desk to my lab draw. The professional that drew my blood was not only efficient, but friendly and compassionate.
Naisha was great and professional in taking my blood, never felt a thing, great job.
Teaira went above and beyond during my daughters lab work today. My daughter gets anxious and sometimes passes out and Teaira made sure she kept her calm, gave her juice, and cold compresses so she didn’t pass out. She truly was so kind and did a fantastic job!

I was sent here by AdventHealt Primary Care plus physician for normal wellness screening. The lady at front desk said my cost would not be covered by insurance, which is what I expected to happen since the same thing happened at PrimaryCare, and my insurance even said, it’s not a problem just have them call us. So I ask the front desk to call the number on my insurance card, and she said no she wasn’t calling, she had already spoke to her team and it’s not covered.
