I was seen on time with hardly any wait between procedures. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and we even shared a couple laughs. The most comfortable I've been with medical staff ever! Security guard is also prompt in helping you know where to go when you enter.

Attempted to schedule an MRI. The scheduler began asking a multitude of questions. I asked her if she could just tell me if there was an appointment available prior to answering all of her questions. She then told me that it was required to ask all the questions and that I did not need to be rude. This flabergasted me because I had not been rude, not for a second. My husband went in for a foot X-ray. They told his doctor that nothing was broken. My husband spent 3 weeks walking on a broken foot until he was seen by a podiatrist who finally looked at the X-rays taken here and noticed the 3 breaks he had. Go elsewhere if you can, or at the very least get a second opinion.
