While the process of getting images done at the Victoria Park location is quick and easy, getting results worth your time and money is not. The results of the CT are unusable. They do not contain any worthwhile information. Just a list of organs with "normal" next to them and a note that there are hernias present. They do not provide any details whatsoever. My doctor ordered a mammogram and an ultrasound. The ultrasound lady by the name of Kelly was outstanding! She was gentle, caring and very informative and made feel important and cared for! A+++ miss Kelly
I had booked an appointment for a repeat ultrasound of my thyroid. Upon learning they had booked it as an in-hospital procedure which would cost me $330, I called my insurance company. The insurance company told me if I had it done at their imaging center in Victoria Park it would be covered and be $0. I called to rebook it there. This place is such a scam. My husband and my Father in Law came here, different reasons and insurance and both times the took insurance and then BILLED them way more after the fact. The front desk is a mess. They should be shut down because this is the most shady place ever!
The staff here were friendly and the service was phenomenal. I was in and out in under an hour.
