I would like to take the time to say thank you to Alexis at AdventHealth Imaging in DeLand. From the moment I arrived, Alexis was incredibly gentle, caring, and compassionate throughout my imaging experience. Medical imaging can sometimes be an uncomfortable or stressful experience, but Alexis made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Thank you, Alexis, for taking such wonderful care of me. You are a true asset to Advent Health

I've been here a few times, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. On my way to work, I stopped by in the afternoon to drop off a sample. The new receptionist looked at me in disgust & explained that the lab personnel had already left and admitted she had no idea what to do with the sample. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of initiative & urgency from both front desk staff. Adriana and Tammy deserve great recognition for going above and beyond to help patients I had an issue with my provider and recently was married so her npi was incorrect they solved the problem instead of just dismissing me to get the right information. I so appreciate them for what they did for me!!! Victoria gardens imaging is the only place I go for imaging

Front desk is warm but not the Radiologist (white slim female with eyeglasses). She needs to radiate warmth, empathy and nurture. Not be cut, dry and unfriendly. I didn't like her cold energy. I won't be returning here unless it's a different person as I don't want to encounter with that Radiologist. Horrible feeling with her. Mammograms to me hurts due to the hard compression.
