Easy to schedule. Professional, respectful, friendly and thorough.
Kathy, MRI technician, was excellent! She walked me through every step and reassured me when she noticed I was nervous. She even made me laugh, which really helped ease my anxiety. She is truly a gem and does her job exceptionally well. If I ever need to return, I will definitely ask for her.
Everything was smooth and relaxed. Everyone was polite, accommodating and professional.
Chris, the technician, was amicable and provided clear instructions, ear plugs, and nice instrumental music of popular music.
Michelle went the extra mile and made my appt before the end of the year and was so kind!!! pleasant! Kimberly my ultrasound tech was so amazing and made the whole process calmer and eased my fears - we giggled the whole appt! she was so kind and did a great job!!
