Efficient…really really fast and efficient. Sabrina the imaging tech/nurse was aces! Gentle friendly informative. Had both a bone density scan and a mammogram. Got there at 12:50 out at 1:25. Amazing!
Three times I have used this imaging center in Westchase, and there’s been an issue each and every time. Different types of imaging each time. This latest visit, my appointment was requested by the manager of imaging for a redo of an ultrasound that was done the week before. I specifically asked her last week if I need to call elsewhere to make the appointment and was told no, that she will put me on the schedule. Very bad experience. I Had a mammogram performed today and the person(Dr) an old lady was very disrespectful to me because I couldnt understand what she said since she was wearing a mask. Then she was speaking to me with her poor Spanish and continue doing so like I wasnt able to understand English. I find this person racist but the front desk was very nice.
If you have lab order, please consider alternative places. I had an appointment at 8am and waited there for 45 minutes for nothing. I got tired of this waste of time so I decided to leave. It should receive one star but I gave another star for courteous staff
