John, my MRI tech, was absolutely fantastic. Awesome dude. Very personable, made you feel reassured and completely comfortable. Had a smile on his face the entire time and you could tell he just took pride in his work. The gentleman checking in at the front was also very nice. Please give John a raise or in the very least, a day off for making this AdventHealth MRI center the only place I'd ever want to go again for an MRI!
Patty is my hero! After I shared with her my concerns getting an IV started, she told me of her experience and was understanding. She was successful on her first try. It meant so much. Thank you!
I've had several MRI's and had a few very good techs but John is the absolute best. Advent keep him! He is knowledgeable, reassuring, comforting, compassionate, etc....I have a couple of issues getting MRIs and he always makes sure I'm okay. The front desk is always nice , helpful and knowledgeable as well. All are efficient at their jobs but never have felt rushed or dismissed. Just can't say enough good about them!
Best place to get service. Laura Thompson is such an amazing practitioner with incredible attention to detail and John who was helping me during my MRI had wonderful bedside manners. Overall, this care team was and continues to be excellent and I will recommend getting treated here to all my friends and family who need their services.
John, MRI radiology was extremely thorough and competent in his explanations and procedures to me (the patient), for my MRI. One of the best techs I’ve encountered in over 30 years of imaging for my complex medical issues. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
