Front desk attendant, a great character and pleasant to talk to. The MRI Technician was incredibly responsive and caring, very clear giving instructions and catered to remove any discomfort during the test. Definitely a great location and people.
The CT technician (sorry can't remember he name this was 700am June 18th if you can figure outher name) was wonderful. She was professional, kind and personable. Another employee stopped her while she was escorting me to test and she took the time to help the employee and patient who had question. She is an asset to your company for sure.
They accommodate with late appointments in case your schedule doesn’t allow an earlier time. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out (from the front desk to the procedure), professional and compassionate. Truly a great experience.
The facility was immaculate, the CAT scan went well, and I was out of there in short order . There was very little wait time for the whole procedure and that was very refreshing.
