i really hate to do this but this experience was so horrible i have no choice. they refused to process my insurance because they kept saying they never received my clinical notes from my doctor, but my doctor and myself both faxed it to them several times. they will only take them via fax and they will tell you they never received anything. after waiting over a month to book an appointment i had to cancel the day before because they could never verify my insurance without the clinical notes. i even offered to bring it with m... read more
