The ultrasound technician did not ask me if we wanted to have a student in the room also, I did request no students to scan which I think she got mad about not once did she say your doing great or anything to comfort my 10 yr old not really providing ( love me ) standard. The lack of attention to detail, communication and consideration for patients here is ridiculous. Between the scheduling phone number and Kassandra at the front desk, I should have been given proper instructions prior to my appointment. Instead I took time off work, had to drive an hour and a half to get here, just to be told that I was unable to do my appointment because no one on the staff knows how to read a doctor's order correctly and failed to communicate clearly with the patient. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and polite… the service was very professional, they definitely know what they are doing.
Drove an hour for a diagnostic exam only to learn after waiting 30 min they gave the Radiologist the day off for the holiday and no one would be available to do the exam. No one ever called, texted or emailed to reschedule or communicate the change and why wasn’t that the first thing you said when I walked in instead of having me sit there?? What a waste of 2.5 hrs of my day. Unacceptable!
Lynette was incredible. I had to get a mammogram for the first time, and she not only made me feel super comfortable, but also explained with great patience everything that was going to happen and it didn’t hurt at all. I’m very happy with how she followed my case. She called me, took care of me when I came in, and helped me with absolutely everything, including contacting my doctors and tracking down results that weren’t available at the time. Thank you—I’m so lucky to be your patient.
